Inshore Fishing Charters in Bradenton, FL

What Makes Bradenton Different.
Bradenton's inshore fishery centers on two waters: the Manatee River and Palma Sola Bay. We launch at Warner's Bayou — see the boat-ramp directory — and fish the river mouth's bars and docks for snook and juvenile tarpon.
From there we work the Emerson Point and Snead Island shorelines where redfish crawl the oyster edges on higher tides. Palma Sola's grass flats carry spotted seatrout in 3–5 feet all year, and when winter cools the water the SR 64 bridge and causeway riprap load up with sheepshead.
It's protected water start to finish — a good call on windy days when the passes are ugly.
We fish live shrimp and pilchards, supplied. For the rivers and creeks up top, our rivers and backcountry reference maps the system, and the tides guide sets the clock. Four-hour trips from $450 — the falling tide at the river mouth is the bite to hit.
